Matthew was born and raised in Santa Fe. Growing up in the City Different has provided him with a well-versed understanding of the history and cultural lifestyle that makes up this unique capital. Since early childhood, Matthew loved architecture and design, this passion led him to the University of New Mexico where he studied architectural design and business. After Matthew’s fourth year at UNM, he found himself drawn back to his hometown. He is always generating ideas on how to improve the standards of living in any space and he loves doing the work himself, whether it’s working outdoors, renovating a room, or helping a friend with a hands-on project. Matthew met his husband in 2018 in Santa Fe. They are proud to call Santa Fe home and feel this will be a great place to start a family together. Matthew is family-oriented, caring, organized, professional, and understanding. 

With over a decade of experience in sales, and working with Barker Realty since 2016, Matthew is focused and committed full-time to his clients in their buying and selling journey. He is experienced in many different aspects of urban and rural real estate, including residential, luxury properties, vacant land, commercial properties, and brand-new construction. He is a member of both the Santa Fe Association of Realtors, as well as Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors. He uses his background in design to help sellers get their houses ready for the market and sold as quickly as possible for the highest possible price. His desire to improve daily life for himself and the people around him aids in his ability to find the best possible options for his buyers.
