Santa Fe, NM— The building known as 500 Market Station in the Santa Fe Railyards (which includes the REI store) cleared significant hurdles last week when the U.S. Bankruptcy Court ordered that the Railyard Brewing Company lease be terminated (see enclosed order). This ends a long period of uncertainty during which the ability to tenant the building was put into question.


The Bankruptcy Trustee (Craig Dill, of Craig Dill & Associates in Albuquerque) is now free to lease the “end cap” restaurant space, formerly occupied by the Flying Star Café, which consists of approximately 6,500 square feet. An additional 4,000 square feet of space next door is also available for lease.
