Cav moved to Santa Fe in 1994 and never looked back. After earning his degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, he found his true home in the high desert, drawn to the sunshine, mountain air, and a climate he still doesn’t take for granted. It’s where he and his wife raised their family, and where Santa Fe grew from simply being the place he lived into the place he truly belongs.

Since becoming a real estate broker in 1999, Cav has guided clients through millions of dollars in sales each year. He genuinely enjoys the details—the contracts, negotiations, and fine print most people would rather skip—because he knows that’s often where deals are won or lost and where his clients are best protected.
