David Barker

David is a fourth-generation Santa Fean and has practiced in the field of real estate for over forty years. His experience includes a wide range of residential and commercial transactions, leasing, and development. With the Santa Fe Association of Realtors, he has served as Past President, Chaired the Professional Standards Committee for numerous years, honored as Realtor of the Year & with a Lifetime Achievement Award. He has also served on a Task Force to advise the New Mexico Real Estate Commission on matters. David Chaired the Mayor’s Task Force to develop the new Convention Center downtown and was active in the redevelopment of the Santa Fe Railyards. David loves to ski powder and play squash.
