The way I guide clients in real estate today is shaped by an understanding of the spaces people create—whether designed for others or created for themselves—developed during my years as a New York–based photographer shooting for designers and architects, and in portraiture of artists and collectors within their environments. Those experiences taught me how to put people at ease and distill what represents them—a skill that continues to inform my approach.

That work included commissions across Asia and Europe, and my time living in Italy and Austria deepened my appreciation for history, culture, and the ways design shapes daily life. While in Vienna, I photographed a survivor’s return to the former camp at Mauthausen for the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum—an experience that remains profoundly meaningful to me.

As a consultant for several luxury brands in New York, I collaborated with creative and marketing teams on content creation. That approach—listening carefully to reach the right outcome—shapes the way I work in Santa Fe today: helping buyers identify homes that feel right for how they want to live, and helping sellers market their properties with clarity and an understanding of what resonates most.

For sellers, I offer experienced guidance on showcasing a property’s best qualities—drawing on years working with designers to present portfolio projects at their best. For buyers, I focus on understanding what matters to them so they can move confidently toward the homes that feel right for them. Both buyers and sellers benefit from precise market analysis and a supportive experience at every stage.
