Joseph Martinez

Joseph was born in Santa Fe back in 1960 at the old St. Vincent’s (local thing) to Virginia and Lonjino Martinez.  It was a great place to grow up, it seemed like there was always something to do.  Joseph was active in sports since a young age and still makes it a point to “get moving” today.  After High School he attended NMSU in Las Cruces and then made his way back to Santa Fe.  After a couple of years of working for the state he felt he needed something different and since he had always had an interest in real estate he thought he would give it a shot. So now 30 years later he believes he made the right move.  “My goal  is to make the transaction go as smooth as possible.” When someone is spending such a large amount of money on a home, or making that important decision to sell I feel I have an obligation and a duty to be professional, knowledgeable and dependable to those individuals.  Over 30 years experience in real estate, over 60 years experience in Santa Fe, let that work for you.
