Robin Smith

Growing up in a small town in Southern Illinois, Robin was introduced to diverse cultures early on, thanks to her parents, who prioritized travel and encouraged her to become an exchange student during high school. She then headed east, earning her Bachelor of Arts degree from Wellesley College. Robin spent 10 years in New York City as an actress and singer before relocating to her forever home—Santa Fe—in 1991.

With 27 years as a partner in a local commercial real estate firm before launching her own vacation rental business, Robin has gained deep and varied experience in the real estate industry. Her attention to detail, sensitivity to client needs, and creative problem-solving have allowed her to build strong relationships with clients worldwide.

During her 30+ years in Santa Fe, Robin has been actively involved with several local non-profits, most notably Big Brothers Big Sisters, where she has served as a mentor to local youth and a long-time board member. She currently serves as Chair of the Santa Fe Symphony Foundation Board and sits on the Business Council of the Santa Fe Opera. On weekends, you’ll find her enjoying cultural events or exploring the beautiful mountains—either hiking the trails or from the air, as she’s also a private pilot!
