Trusted Advocacy. Exceptional Santa Fe Real Estate.
Santa Fe is a magical place to visit — but it’s an even better place to live. I know from experience that real estate is powerful. Where you choose to make your home shapes your life, even if you’re here only part-time.
My love affair with Northern New Mexico began when my father moved to Santa Fe and opened his law practice in 1983. As a young girl, I spent countless days exploring the city’s historic adobe architecture, Native American culture, world-class art, and the quiet forests of the Sangre de Cristos. Santa Fe captured my heart early — and never let go.
Today, that lifelong connection to Santa Fe is matched by a deep understanding of its real estate market. In 2025, my team ranked #13 among selling teams in the Santa Fe Association of REALTORS® MLS, with approximately $30 million in real estate sales. I bring to my clients not only an appreciation for what makes Santa Fe extraordinary, but the market knowledge, strategic thinking, and experience necessary to successfully navigate buying and selling property here.
I have also been a licensed New Mexico attorney for twenty-nine years. Before transitioning to real estate, I practiced law in Santa Fe and Albuquerque, where I built and led a successful firm and represented clients through some of life’s most consequential transitions. That experience sharpened skills that are invaluable in real estate: sophisticated negotiation, careful analysis of contracts, creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to remain focused and strategic when the stakes are high.
For my real estate clients, that background provides an uncommon advantage. I approach each transaction as a seasoned real estate professional informed by an attorney’s training and perspective. I understand how to anticipate issues, evaluate options, negotiate effectively, and manage the many details that can determine whether a transaction proceeds smoothly and successfully.
This is particularly important when representing sellers. Successfully selling a home requires far more than placing it on the market. I take a thoughtful, strategic approach to pricing and positioning each property, presenting it at its very best, creating compelling marketing, evaluating market response, negotiating from a position of strength, and carefully managing the transaction from listing through closing. Whether I’m representing a distinctive Santa Fe residence, a complex property, or a home carrying years of personal history, my goal is the same: to protect my client’s interests while achieving the strongest possible result.
At the heart of my work is a genuine passion for helping people. Real estate transactions are significant financial decisions, but they are also deeply personal ones. I understand the emotional and financial pressures that can accompany buying or selling a home, and I believe exceptional representation requires both strategic expertise and a real connection with the people I serve. My clients can expect candid advice, thoughtful communication, creative problem-solving, and an unwavering commitment to their goals.
Transitioning from law to real estate was a natural step — an opportunity to combine decades of professional experience with my love for this extraordinary place. Over the years, I have built strong relationships throughout the Santa Fe community and a network of trusted professionals who help me provide my clients with an exceptional level of service.
Born and raised in Milwaukee, I studied in Switzerland, completed my undergraduate degree at New York University, and earned my law degree in New York City. After traveling the world and living on the East Coast, I can say without hesitation that New Mexico holds my heart.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me skiing, hiking, or paddleboarding in the New Mexico sunshine, or spending time with my three lovable dogs — Bruno Mars, Kona Bear, and Gus. I’m also a pianist, an avid reader, a novice historian, and a budding fiction writer.
Whether you are selling a longtime Santa Fe home, searching for your place in Northern New Mexico, or navigating a transaction that requires an especially thoughtful and strategic approach, I would be honored to put my experience, market knowledge, and love of Santa Fe to work for you.
Let me help you discover — or successfully sell — what makes life here so special.
