Mary K. Guzman

A native of Southern California, Mary Guzman moved to New Mexico in 2001 to co-own a restaurant in Taos. Mary relocated to Santa Fe in 2004 and fascinated by the architecture, culture, and community, Mary began her real estate career in 2006.

Professional, responsive, and an excellent listener with a good sense of humor, Mary cares deeply about her client’s well-being and attends to their needs. Recognizing that buying or selling a home is one of life’s biggest decisions, Mary remains patient, kind, caring, timely and stays up to date on real estate law and best practices. While the masterplan community of Quail Run is her long-time area of expertise, Mary represents sellers and buyers in Santa Fe with a wide range of properties in all price ranges.
