About Martinez Pintada Ranch
The Martinez Pintada Ranch lies 30 miles southwest of Santa Rosa at the foot of the picturesque Argonne Mesa in Guadalupe County. This expansive property includes 8,976 acres of deeded land, complemented by 5,643 acres New Mexico state lease and 1,280 acres BLM lease, totaling 15,899 acres.
Owned and managed by the Martinez family since 1920, this marks the first time this ranch has been offered on the market. The rangeland is in excellent condition and is rated to support around 250 head. Elevations range from approximately 5500 feet to 6100 feet.
